License Use Agreement

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to use the Bicycle Lock facility provided by LaSalle Canada Property L.P., I the undersigned hereby confirm and agree that LaSalle Canada Property Fund L.P. and its agent Canderel Management (West) Inc. have no liability for damage to or loss of my bicycle or its attachments, accessories and/or contents while I is parked in the said bicycle facility and I hereby release LaSalle Canada Property Fund L.P. and its agent Canderel Management (West) Inc. from any claim for such damage or loss.

Note: All users of the said Bicycle Lock facility are advised that use of the facility is on a first come, first serve basis.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have duly executed this Agreement.
