Personal Information We Collect
We automatically collect certain information about you and your device when you sign up for Okkto, including your name and email address as it is recorded by the method that you signed up. We also collect information about your browser type, app device type and operating systems, time zones, city, country. Additionally, as you browse, we collect information about the individual pages that you view, search terms you use in the app and what search terms referred you to the website or app, and information about how you interact with the app and website. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

Email Communication: HILO uses your contact information to communicate with you by email about your Okkto account for purposes of customer support, about Okkto or HILO services, special offers, news, surveys and events. At any time you may opt-out of receiving these email by selecting the link at the bottom of the emails.
Push Notifications: If you have activated the push notification preference in your device setting or on Okkto app, Okkto will send push notifications to your mobile phone for all rewards and notifications. If you do not want to receive push notifications, you can disable push notifications through your device settings or by changing the Okkto app settings.
Requests for Information: We use the information that we collect generally to fulfill any requests for information placed through the app or website (including but not limited to information about our products, purchase information, technical support questions).
Improve App and Website Experience for Users: Okkto uses the Information that we collect to personalize the app experience to you, help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimize our app and website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share some of your Personal Information with the building’s property management to which you designated as your “home” building for the purpose of communication about the building. We do not share your personal Information with any other third parties for any purpose.
