Measuring engagement at tenant events
Building managers want to provide measurable and engaging tenant experiences but often do not have an effective way to accurately measure engagement. Hilo can facilitate this process as Building Managers are able to easily ‘post’ these events in advance on Hilo and ‘push’ a notice to all users through the platform. Building Managers are able to track and receive analytics about tenant attendance in order to measure what drives the most engagement.
Hilo can be used for admission to ‘tenant only’ events such as yoga programs or tenant appreciation events or to easily track the redemption of rewards, such as free ice cream for tenants only.
