Mind Share Partners offers a suite of resources, including the MHA provides a 2025 Mental Health at Work Report and toolkits for creating peer listening programs and employee resource groups. These materials are designed to help organizations build a mentally healthy workplace culture.
Twello
Twello provides practical ideas for celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month in the workplace, such as hosting mindful movement sessions, creating peer support groups, and conducting well-being challenges. These initiatives can be tailored to fit various budgets and organizational sizes.
EARN
The Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability (EARN) Workplace Mental Health Toolkit offers a framework for creating a mental health-friendly workplace that acknowledges and understands mental health conditions for what they are: a non-visible disability. The framework is modeled around “4 A’s”: Awareness, Accommodations, Assistance and Access.
Center for Workplace Mental Health
The Center for Workplace Mental Health provides turn-key programs, toolkits, case studies, resources, publications and more, to help employers create effective mental health policies for a more supportive workplace environment. To celebrate May being Mental Health Awareness Month, the Center for Workplace Mental Health has a new toolkit to highlight current workplace mental health trends and employee well-being needs.
Canada
Mental Health Commission of Canada
MHCC works to provide employers with the tools, information and support necessary to maintain mental health and safety in the workplace. They have created a framework called the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace to help organizations guide their efforts towards promoting workplace mental wellbeing. MHCC helps support the implementation of this standard in organizations across all industries.
Not Myself Today
Not Myself Today is a National CMHA program created to help reduce stigma and support mental wellness at work. Organizations pay an annual subscription fee to gain access to a plethora of turn-key activities and printed materials, and a members-only online portal to help foster safe and supportive work environments. All funds generated by the Not Myself Today program go directly towards supporting the CMHA and their many mental health initiatives.
Mental Health Works
Mental Health Works is a series of workshops offered by the CMHA that address common workplace mental health concerns. The workshops are customizable to ensure they fit specific organizations’ unique mental wellness needs and are offered through accessible delivery options to accommodate all participants. They operate with three main objectives: raising awareness of mental health and illness, teaching techniques for responding to mental health situations and improving workplace culture and safety.
